Along with the warm sun and the cold beer, Goa’s throwing in some culture into the mix for its visitors in December. A new art event, Serendipity Arts Festival, backed by Sunil Munjal (chairman, Hero Corporate Services) will be hosted in the state from December 16 to 23.
