The river Mandovi, often called the lifeline of Goa, will serve as the backdrop to the interdisciplinary ‘Serendipity Arts Festival’, which will be held from December 16 to 23. The banks of Mandovi will transform into an alluring set up to host seven venues like The Adil Shah Palace, Jardim Garcia d’Orta, the Promenade, Old GMC Complex & Courtyard, Kala Academy, Bandodkar Ground and SAG Ground.
