Interning at Serendipity Arts Festival

We are a group of professionals with diverse experiences, united by similar beliefs, and have come together to create a curated inter-disciplinary arts festival. We are passionate about the festival, the audience and experience we are creating.

The office structure is much different from what you have seen or been told about. Since we embrace a flat structure, you are encouraged to work democratically and independently. We believe each one has a sense of duty and doesn’t need to be constantly monitored.

There will be times where you will be asked to take on responsibilities which may fall outside of what you have been assigned. We all pitch in whenever and wherever required to finish the task at hand. We believe the person joining us will understand that and be willing to learn as much from us as we will from them.

The interns coming on board should have an interest in the arts, be motivated to learn about new crafts and practices in the field, have good communication skills, handle multiple assignments and tasks and be willing to work out of Delhi and Goa from September 2016 to January 2017. Lodging options will be provided to those from out of Delhi.

Those interested will be working across marketing, content, production and operations.

If this structure sounds interesting and you have a working knowledge of MS Office, please send in your resume to [email protected]. Mention in the subject line the position you are applying for.

Interns will be paid and salary to be determined based on experience and qualification.
